Angel's Envy is a Kentucky straight bourbon finished in port wine casks, bottled at 43.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is blended in small batches of 8 to 12 barrels.
The bourbon is typically aged for up to 6 years before it moves into 60-gallon ruby port barrels made from French oak and imported from Portugal. The port finish lasts between three and six months, depending on taste.
