Antica Torre Acquavite di Mele (50cl)

An apple acquavite from the Monregalese area at the foot of the Langhe, made with apples grown by the distillery and fruit selected from local farms. It is double distilled in a simple discontinuous steam still, then cold filtered before bottling. The result is clear and crystalline, with fresh apple aromas and a light balsamic nuance. On the palate it is soft, balanced and enveloping, with a delicate, clean finish. It is suited to the end of a meal or as a meditation spirit, and pairs with light desserts and fresh pastry.
