Antica Torre Grappa di Nebbiolo (50cl)

A grappa from Distilleria Agricola Antica Torre, made from very fresh Nebbiolo pomace from the Langhe, selected at Azienda Agricola Conterno Fantino in Monforte d'Alba. The pomace is worked in a discontinuous steam still with double pass. Artisanal distillation preserves the aromatic finesse and structure typical of Nebbiolo. In the glass it is clear, crystalline and bright. On the nose it shows small red fruits and violet, with delicate spicy nuances. On the palate it is elegant, linear and persistent, with a fine texture and balanced sip. The finish is clean and pleasantly aromatic. It may be served during a meal or as an after-dinner spirit, with dried fruit, dry pastries, cheeses and cured meats, or to correct coffee or accompany ice cream.
