Grappa di Barbera Antica Torre (50cl)

A grappa from Distilleria Agricola Antica Torre, made from very fresh Barbera pomace selected at Azienda Agricola Conterno Fantino in Monforte d'Alba. Distillation uses a discontinuous steam still with a double pass, preserving the aromatic richness and natural intensity of Barbera. It is clear, crystalline and bright, with red fruit aromas, delicate honey notes, balsamic nuances and light spicy hints. The palate is soft, full and enveloping, with honey sweetness integrated with the vibrancy of the grape, giving a balanced, rich and persistent grappa.
