Antica Torre Grappa di Pinot Nero is made from fresh pomace from the Langhe area. The pomace is selected to preserve the natural elegance and aromatic finesse of Pinot Noir.
Distillation is carried out in a discontinuous steam still with double pass, followed by cold filtration. In the glass it is clear, crystalline and bright.
The nose shows subtle small red fruit aromas, delicate floral hints and light spicy nuances. The palate is soft, fine and linear, with a harmonious sip and a clean, persistent finish.
