Ardbeg 25 Years Old is an Islay single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. After a quarter of a century of maturation it still shows the peat smoke typical of Ardbeg, alongside a soft, buttery bouquet. It is non-chill-filtered and has natural colour.
Intense spice meets the sweetness of baked apples, ripe pears, juicy oranges and lemon sorbet, followed by tar, soft toffee, a little aniseed and chilli.
