Ardbeg Alligator is an Islay single malt bottled at 51.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is built around Ardbeg's maritime peat, with heavy cask char shaping the character.
The flavour is led by bold peat smoke, grilled meats and charcoal, with a spicy sweetness. The charred cask adds notes of barbecue, black pepper and dark toffee, and the finish is smoky and lingering.
