Ardbeg An Oa is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky from the Ultimate range, bottled at 46.6% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from whiskies matured in several cask types, among them Pedro Ximenez, virgin charred oak and ex-bourbon.
The character is smoky and powerful, softened by a smooth sweetness. Ardbeg peat, dark chocolate and aniseed sit alongside butterscotch, black pepper and clove.
