Ardbeg – Heavy Vapours Committee Release (70cl, 50.2%)

Ardbeg Heavy Vapours is a Committee Release single malt at 50.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. During a normal Ardbeg distillation the purifier catches the heaviest vapours, which keeps the whisky from being all peat. For this release the purifier was removed from the process, and the spirit was then matured in classic Ardbeg casks. The result is described as the most full-blown Ardbeg ever.
