Ardbeg – Heavy Vapours (70cl, 46%)

Heavy Vapours is an Ardbeg single malt from Islay, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The edition takes its story from the distillery's purifier, which goes missing, and the whisky is made without one. Ardbeg's usual balance of peat and floral fruitiness is disturbed, and darker, untamed aromas rise in its place.
