Ardbeg – Limited Edition Australian Exclusive Cask 3063 (70cl, 63.3%)

This is a single cask Ardbeg released exclusively for Ardbeggians in Australia, bottled at 63.3% in a 70cl bottle. The cask was filled on 19 October 2011 and the outturn is 202 bottles. Cask no. 3063 dates from a period of experimentation at the distillery, when Dr Bill filled casks at higher alcohol levels than usual in search of a new flavour profile. The result is described as having a unique herbal complexity.
