This is Ardbeg Very Young, an Islay single malt distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2004. It comes from the first spirit made after Glenmorangie PLC bought the distillery.
The whisky spent six years in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at its natural strength of 58.3%, non-chill-filtered, in a 70cl bottle.
