Ardlair is the unpeated whisky made at the Ardmore distillery in the Highlands. This 8-year-old was matured for its whole life in a first-fill sherry cask and bottled at 57.1% ABV.
It was released in the Scotch Universe Alien Edition under the name Ardavelis, with 298 bottles produced. Without peat smoke, the malt's natural character, fruitiness and sweetness are left to come forward.
