Ardnamurchan – AD/04.21:03 (46.8%)

Ardnamurchan AD/04.21:03 is the third release of single malt from the Ardnamurchan distillery in the Scottish Highlands. It is bottled at 46.8% ABV, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. The spirit is an even split between peated and unpeated malt, matured 65% in Bourbon casks and 35% in sherry casks. Each bottle carries a QR code that opens the supply chain history of that bottle through blockchain technology. The nose brings toasted barley, sea notes and candied peel with a hint of lemongrass. Oak, honey and peanuts lead the palate, with cooked fruit in the body, and the finish is long with sweet peat.
