A 2025 limited edition single malt from Ardnamurchan on the west coast of the Highlands, bottled at 52%. It builds on the distillery's first Madeira-matured release from 2022.
The spirit is a vatting of 60% unpeated and 40% peated malt. It was filled into ex-bourbon casks in 2018, then moved to Madeira casks for just over two years. It was bottled shortly before turning seven, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The nose brings cocoa, stewed fruit, sugared almonds and bread pudding. On the palate come cinnamon, cedar, toffee apple and strawberry with black pepper. The finish is medium in length and lightly dry, with dusty, woody spice.
