A peated Highland single malt from Ardnamurchan, this is the 2025 release of the AD Sauternes Cask. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill filtration.
The batch runs to 8490 bottles. The whisky spent around three years in a small batch of 29 bourbon barrels from the 2018 vintage, followed by a longer period of three and a half years in Sauternes finishing casks.
