This is a 2026 single malt from Ardnamurchan, bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky matured in a combination of casks: 49% Ruby Port barriques, 34% ex-American bourbon barrels and 17% Tawny Port casks. The spirit is roughly 70% unpeated and 30% peated.
The nose brings red raspberry, golden syrup, fresh cedar, crème de violette and almond biscuit, along with salted Moroccan lemons and lightly smoked Christmas ham. On the palate there is mild cigar smoke, blackberry, lemon thyme, pink pepper, fig and nutmeg. The finish is bitter orange, juicy and salty, and it lingers.
