This is the 2023 cask strength release from the Ardnamurchan distillery, a Highland single malt bottled at 58.1% ABV.
The vatting draws on sherry casks, some holding peated whisky and some unpeated, so smoked and unsmoked spirit meet in the same bottle.
The nose is lightly smoky, with a hint of vanilla and citrus.
Tasting Notes
Light smoke, a hint of vanilla and citrus
