Assolo Secco Reggiano DOC Medici Ermete

A dry white wine from Medici Ermete, Reggiano DOC. It shows a bright straw colour, with white flowers, citrus peel and light fresh apple on the nose. On the palate it is dry, with a slender body and pleasant acidity balancing the fruit. The finish is clean, of moderate persistence, with citrus returns. It suits light starters, simple fish dishes and salads, and can accompany medium-aged cheeses. Serve cool, in a wide glass.
