Backwoods Distilling Co – Batch 8 Swagman's Ghost Rye Whisky (50cl, 56%)

Backwoods Distilling Co Batch 8 Swagman's Ghost is an Australian rye whisky in a 50cl bottle at 56% ABV. It is handcrafted from three varieties of Australian barley and vatted from casks that held Apera and Australian corn whisky. A small portion from a cask of red gum smoked malt was added to bring out the Australian character. It is floral and fruity, with notes of violet crumble and smoky barbecue. The finish lingers with a nostalgic campfire note.
