Bain's Cape Mountain Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Bain's Cape Mountain Whisky is a single grain whisky from South Africa, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is double matured, a process the brand says draws as much flavour as possible from the oak cask. The whisky has a rich, warm amber colour. The aroma combines toffee, floral notes and vanilla. On the palate there is a hint of spice and some oaky undertones, leading to a long mouthfeel.
