Drayman's Highveld Single Malt Whisky

Drayman's Highveld Single Malt is the first single malt from the Highveld of South Africa. It is mashed, fermented, distilled in pot stills and matured at a craft distillery in Silverton, Pretoria, 1600 metres above sea level. Maturation takes place exclusively in French oak casks. It is made in the same way as Scotch single malt, on a craft scale, and South African whisky legislation is almost the same as Scotland's, so it is held to similar quality controls.
