Baker's 7 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection. It takes its name from Baker Beam, a great-nephew of Jim Beam.
The bourbon is matured for a minimum of seven years in charred oak and bottled at 53.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made in small batches, and each bottle is individually numbered. It is chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is warm vanilla, caramel and toasted nuts with a touch of oak. The palate is full-bodied, with brown sugar, spice, oak and dark chocolate. The finish is long and gently spicy, with fine oak and a sweet, warm aftertaste.
