Baker's 7 Year Old Small Batch (70cl, 53.5%)

Baker's is a seven-year-old small batch Kentucky bourbon, bottled at 53.5% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2016 at the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont and made to the recipe of Baker Beam, Jim Beam's grandnephew. It matured in new American white oak casks. A yeast strain that has stayed in the Beam family for more than 60 years is used for the mash. It is of natural colour. The nose is fruity with vanilla and caramel. The palate is oily and full, with roasted nuts, honey and vanilla. The finish is sweet, soft and of medium length.
