Bakery Hill – Classic Malt Single Malt Whisky (50cl, 46%)

Bakery Hill Classic Malt is an Australian single malt whisky, bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle. It is made from Australian malted barley and distilled on site at Bakery Hill, a family owned and operated distillery. The whisky is matured for up to 8 years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels from Jack Daniel's in Tennessee. The nose is sweet and layered, with green apples, spiced honey and a hint of cider. The palate moves from nutmeg through spiced honey to firm cereal, finishing with malty richness. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving a satisfying warmth.
