This is a 10-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Company, bottled at 47% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the First Release from the distillery's collaboration with Copper & Kings American Brandy of Louisville.
The bourbon is finished in Copper & Kings Muscat brandy casks. Copper & Kings makes its brandy from California Muscat grapes and ages it in American whiskey barrels, so here the cask relationship runs the other way. The finish adds the sweet, floral and dried fruit character of Muscat to the oak-led bourbon.
