A Barolo DOCG Riserva from Ricossa, presented in a magnum and gift box. Made from Nebbiolo grown in the Langhe, it ages for a long period in oak barrels. The nose shows ripe red fruit, cherries and plums, with violet, sweet spices, tobacco and leather. On the palate it is structured and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant persistence. It suits traditional Piedmontese dishes such as braised meats, aged cheeses and game.
