Stellum Rye is a cask-strength blend of straight rye whiskeys, bottled at 58.12% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was distilled and aged in Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana, and bottled in Kentucky.
The base is an Indiana mash bill of 95% rye. Small amounts of more barley-forward rye and selected barrels from Kentucky and Tennessee are added, giving a full, round mouthfeel and flashes of buttery sweetness to a spicy, tightly focused whiskey.
