Dovetail is a small batch cask strength American whiskey from Barrell Craft Spirits, in a 75cl bottle. It brings together two whiskies, as the name suggests.
One is aged for 10 years and finished in Dunn Vineyard Cabernet barrels. The other is an 11 year old bourbon finished in a combination of blackstrap rum casks and Late Bottled Vintage Port barrels.
