Seagrass is a rye whiskey from Barrell Craft Spirits, sold in a 75cl bottle as part of its Gray Label series.
The rye was distilled in Canada and aged in both the US and Canada. It was then divided into two groups according to flavour profile, one placed in apricot brandy casks and the other in Martinique rhum barrels. The two were blended and rested in Malmsey Madeira barrels, and the three resulting spirits were then combined into a single blend.
