Barsol Pisco Selecto Italia is a Peruvian pisco from Bodega San Isidro, one of the country's oldest distilleries, which dates back to the 1800s. The bodega stands in Ica, one of the official areas where pisco may be made, and its two copper pot stills are both more than 100 years old.
Barsol follows the classic pot-still method used in Peru for centuries. It is made in small batches and distilled to bottle proof, with no water or other ingredients added.
