BarSol Pisco Supremo Mosto Verde Italia is a Peruvian pisco made from the Italia grape in the Mosto Verde style. It is produced at Bodega San Isidro in Ica, one of the oldest distilleries in the country, where both copper pot stills are more than 100 years old.
The pisco follows the classic pot distillation method used in Peru for centuries. It is crafted in small batches and distilled to bottle proof, with no water or other ingredients added.
