Barsol Torontel Pisco (75cl)

Barsol Torontel is a single-varietal Peruvian pisco made from 100% Torontel grapes, a Muscat-family variety. It is produced at Bodega San Isidro in the Ica Valley, distilled traditionally in alembic copper pot stills, and comes in a 75cl bottle. Torontel is among the most aromatic of the eight permitted Peruvian pisco grapes, with a floral, fragrant character of jasmine, magnolia and honeysuckle. That expressive style suits cocktails, particularly citrus-led ones.
