Basil Hayden's Red Wine Cask Finish is a Kentucky straight bourbon finished in Californian red wine casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The finish adds fruit to the spiced character of the classic Basil Hayden's bourbon.
The nose offers dark berries, vanilla and a little light oak. On the palate it is soft, with ripe cherry, caramel, spice and a hint of red wine. The finish is long, velvety and gently spiced.
