Belgrove Distillery – Peated Rye Whisky (50cl)

This is a peated rye whisky from Peter Bignell's Belgrove Distillery, in a 50cl bottle. The rye was grown by Bignell himself, and the peat used to smoke it was dug by him from Tasmania's Central Highlands. The distillery has a reputation as one of the most sustainable in the world. The whisky is described as spicy, fruity and smoky.
