Belle Meade Classic Bourbon (75cl, 45.2%)

Belle Meade Classic Bourbon is a high-rye bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 45.2% ABV, or 90.4 proof. It was designed as a versatile bourbon, to be drunk neat, with a splash of water, over ice or in a cocktail. The high rye content and bottling strength let it stand up to mixers. The nose is maple syrup and caramel with floral notes and citrus zest. The palate brings caramel and vanilla, bold rye spice and hints of apricot. The finish is long and smooth, with mellow cherry and plum accented by cinnamon.
