This is a single malt from Ben Nevis, bottled by Cadenhead's for its Authentic Collection. It was distilled in 1986 and matured for 15 years in a bourbon barrel before bottling in 2001.
The whisky was bottled at a cask strength of 60.3% in a 70cl bottle, and the release came to 216 bottles. Ben Nevis stands in the western Highlands at the foot of Scotland's highest mountain, close to Fort William.
