This 2014 Ben Nevis single malt is an independent bottling from James Eadie, offered at 58.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Ben Nevis lies at the foot of Scotland's highest mountain, in the western Highlands near Fort William. John McDonald, a descendant of the Lord of the Isles, built the distillery in 1825. Production was halted between 1984 and 1990. Nikka bought the distillery in 1989, and it started distilling again a year later. Its water comes from the Allt a Mhullin Burn.
