This is a 2017 Ben Nevis single malt named 'Dragon', matured in an orange wine cask. It is an independent bottling by Signatory, bottled at 59% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Ben Nevis stands at the foot of Scotland's highest mountain, close to Fort William in the western Highlands. John McDonald, a descendant of the Lord of the Isles, built the distillery in 1825. Production was halted between 1984 and 1990, and resumed a year after Nikka took over in 1989. The water comes from the Allt a Mhullin Burn.
