Ben Nevis 16 Year Old, from 2008, is a Highland single malt released under the Old Malt Cask label. It was aged in a single sherry butt and bottled without chill-filtering.
Ben Nevis is known for a robust, full-bodied character, and here the sherry butt adds a layer of dark fruit sweetness and spiced richness to that weight.
