Ben Nevis – 2002 21 Years Signatory (70cl, 56.1%)

This Ben Nevis was distilled in 2002 and bottled in 2024 at 21 years old by Signatory Vintage, as part of its Cask Strength Collection. It comes from a single sherry butt and is bottled at 56.1% in a 70cl bottle. The cask gave 560 bottles, and the whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. On the nose there is malt, herbs, chocolate, honey and oak. The palate is creamy, with chocolate, jam and ripe raisins, and the finish is long, with raisins and wood smoke.
