This Benrinnes is a 30 year old Speyside single malt, distilled in 1995 and matured in a 2nd fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. Signatory Vintage bottled it in 2025 for the Symington's Choice single-cask series, at natural cask strength of 49.1% ABV. Three decades in the hogshead added refined sherry sweetness and oak to the spirit. It is typically described as rich and meaty in the Benrinnes way, with that gentle sweetness alongside.
