Big Peat Fèis Ìle 2025 is a small-batch Islay blended malt from Douglas Laing, released as a limited edition. The whisky was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2025 from refill hogshead, at 50% in a 70cl bottle, with no colouring and no chill-filtration.
Big Peat is made only from Islay single malts. Caol Ila brings sweetness, Bowmore balance, Ardbeg a medicinal, earthy quality and Port Ellen a degree of elegance.
