An independent bottling of Bunnahabhain from the 2002 vintage, released by North Star at 51.2% in a 70cl bottle. Bunnahabhain stands on the north-eastern corner of Islay, directly facing Jura across the Sound. The site was so cut off that a long, curving road down to the sea had to be built before the distillery was constructed in 1881. Its water comes from an underground source, the Margadale river, and contains relatively little peat for Islay.
