Bunnahabhain – 2013 Best Dram #900066 (70cl, 56.9%)

A 2013 Bunnahabhain bottled under the Best Dram label, at a cask strength of 56.9%. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The distillery lies on the north-eastern corner of Islay, directly across the Sound of Islay from Jura. It was built in 1881 and was owned by the founders' descendants, through Highland Distillers, until 2003. Burn Stewart Distillers is the current owner. The water comes from the Margadale, an underground spring, and is relatively low in peat for Islay.
