Big Peat The Blackpool Edition is a blended malt of whiskies distilled at Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore and Port Ellen, all on Islay. It was created by Douglas Laing around a story of Big Peat, the Islay fisherman, visiting Blackpool in the summer of 2019. This is Batch 94, the first edition of the Blackpool series, with 300 bottles made. It is bottled at 48% ABV and 40PPM, unchill-filtered and without colouring.
