Big Peat Tyndrum Gold Edition (2019) (70cl, 53.5%)

Big Peat Tyndrum Gold Edition is a blended malt from the independent bottler Douglas Laing, vatted from Islay malts including Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore and Port Ellen and produced in small batches. This release was made to commemorate the opening of Scotland's first gold mine, at Tyndrum. It was bottled at a cask strength of 53.5%, without chill filtration or added colouring, in a run of 300 individually numbered bottles. Each one is signed by Douglas Laing chairman Fred Laing.
