Bird Blended Malt is an Australian blended malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It is made from a selection of single malts matured in oak casks, and it won a Gold Medal at the Australian International Spirits Awards.
On the palate it is soft and rounded, with honey, ripe pear and vanilla, then toffee, biscuit malt and toasted oak. Dried fruit, citrus zest and gentle baking spices sit behind them, and the finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness and delicate oak.
