Blanton's Gold Edition (70cl, 51.5%)

This is Blanton's Gold Edition, a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle. It is bottled at 51.5% ABV, which is 103 proof. The higher strength gives a bold, complex bourbon, and it is presented as an expression of the original single barrel style. Honey, dark fruit, vanilla and spice are the notes usually described, with a smooth palate and a long, warm finish.
