Blanton's Original is a Kentucky bourbon from Buffalo Trace, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is an official distillery bottling and comes in a box.
It was the first bourbon to be bottled cask by cask, as a single barrel, in 1984. Each bottling comes from one barrel only, so every version is unique. The Original is the flagship of the Blanton's range.
